During 12 years of operation, CREATIO honor to service international organizations, including Belgian non-governmental organisations. On this special day, we would like to recall a meaningful project in 2020 to raise awareness of environmentally-friendly lifestyle, called “FROM GREEN OFFICE TO ENVIRONMENTALLY SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT”, implemented by CREATIO for the Flemish Association for Development Cooperation and Technical Assistance (VVOB).
From 2018 to 2020, all Belgian-supported Non-Governmental Actors (NGA) (*) engaged in a collaborative learning trajectory, moving from individual and office to organizational and programme change and engagement. The trajectory led to the Environmental Sustainability Charter of the Belgian NGAs, signed in November 2020, showing the commitment of the Belgium Embassy and Belgian-supported NGAs to environmentally sustainable development. This charter formulated the objectives of working towards environmental sustainability, as well as the commitment to continued learning, progressing and implementing while raising awareness with stakeholders.
Upon signing the Charter, CREATIO was hired as a communications consultant to craft social media messages and developed attractive short visuals, compelling posters and brochures inspired by the stories of change by participating organisations. This campaign is expected to form good habits for everyone, from workplace practices, and shopping, to other daily activities.
